Thompson Insurance Agency is Hiring a Business Development Representative Near Irving, TX

PLEASE BE LOCATED IN NORTH DALLAS. IN OFFICE POSITION.

Start Date: Flexible (TRAINING 1-2 WEEKS - START SELLING WHEN TRAINING FINISHES)

  • Mission: Acquire new clients to our insurance agency by selling auto, home, renters, life, business, health, along with complimentary products.
  • Outcomes: Acquire 15 new households or write $25,000 in Premium per month.
  • Daily Tasks: 40 Calls A DAY.
  • Work New Appointments with Families located all throughout Texas.
  • Estimated Take Home Pay Hitting Objectives Above: $3,500 - $4,500 a month.
  • Salary: $2,000 a month. Commission Estimates: $1,500 - $4,000 a month. (Salary increases available upon performance goals met)
  • Must Haves: Positive Personality, Coachable, Excellent Verbal/Written Communication, Honesty & Integrity, and motivated to be successful.
  • You will be representing the one of the leading Districts in the Nation.
  • You will be joining a small hard-working team where you will feel supported & highly trained.

  • Gain insurance agent self-sufficiency by collaborating with your mentor on confidence and skill-building
  • Compile, present, and explain insurance policy options that meet each potential customer’s individual needs
  • Compile insurance quotes using accurate customer information, data, and rates for insurance policies
  • Maximize upselling and cross-selling opportunities for financial products by treating each client contact as an opportunity to generate new and continued business
  • Drive sales among potential clients by making phone calls, composing text messages, and sending emails regularly
